In this role, you’ll be the voice of our company, contributing to meaningful interactions with our audience across social media, forums, and other platforms, while ensuring their experience with us is exceptional.
 

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee our growing Thomann TikTok channel
  • Develop content that resonates with diverse audiences, leveraging TikTok to increase brand awareness and drive sales
  • Establish Thomann’s presence on platforms like Reddit, and Discord
  • Position Thomann as a pioneer in social commerce and community engagement across these channels
  • Develop innovative content strategies tailored to each platform’s unique features and audience behaviors
  • Propose and implement fresh ideas to keep the brand relevant
  • Explore new ways to drive customer loyalty and influence purchase decisions through community interactions
  • Provide strategic and operational assistance to the social media team, contributing to overall growth and efficiency

Key Qualifications

  • Experience in managing social media accounts, with a strong focus on TikTok and other community platforms like Reddit and Discord
  • Musician or music maker
  • Strong knowledge of social commerce and trends
  • Great communication skills and creativity
  • A passion for staying ahead of digital trends and an interest in driving community growth and engagement
