Hourly Wages
Every member of our staff receives a fair hourly wage. Minimum wage is not an issue here, as we pay fairly. Every hour of overtime is paid out, or you can take time off in lieu.
Annual Guaranteed Bonus
Our employees profit from some additional benefits, too: we pay out a contractually guaranteed annual bonus amounting to one month's wage as well as contributions to employee savings plans.
