  • Supporting staff and technical management in the French Customer Service Team
  • Contributing to maintaining and optimising tools and intelligent software solutions
  • Analysis, monitoring and optimisation of processes to improve service quality in cooperation with team and department leaders
  • Support in daily operations (order processing, data management and customer service)
  • Goal-oriented initial training and monitoring of (new) staff
  • Preparing and conducting performance reviews

Your profile

  • Experience in staff management and leadership skills, respectively
  • Experience in customer advisory and care services, ideally in an e-commerce company
  • Process-oriented and efficiency-driven thinking in line with the strategic orientation of Team France
  • Profound focus on service and sensitivity to customers’ needs
  • Passion for music and/or experience in the music industry
  • Excellent capacity for teamwork
  • Besides French you are fluent in written and spoken English

Treppendorf near Bamberg is not only home to Europe's largest mail order warehouse, but also Europe's largest music store: a 5500 square meter musician's paradise for testing, discovering or simply being inspired. Our service center is also located on the campus. In the specialist service and workshops, around 170 employees take care of the maintenance, care and repair of defective products, among other things.
