We are looking for you to join our Dutch After Sales Customer Care team as a dedicated team member as soon as possible. Take a look at what else we have to offer besides the best colleagues in the world.
We continue to grow and are looking for you to join our customer service team full-time. As a Customer Service Representative (m/f/d), you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Whether it's trouble shooting, questions about Thomann or returns - you will support our customers in a service-oriented way. As a "facilitator", you will work out optimal solutions for our customers and thus actively contribute to customer satisfaction and customer loyalty.
 

Your Tasks

We inspire and enable people to speak music, everywhere. And that's what we want with you. Your tasks are as challenging as they are varying:
  • First-level-After-Sales-Support – You will be advising and guiding our International customers via phone, email and chat on an International level
  • You will be required to make your own decisions with the co-ordination of returns, exchanges, refunds and repairs
  • You will make efforts for our customers, to represent their concerns and interests
  • You will be responsible for providing a smooth and comfortable service procedure for our customers and maintaining ongoing co-ordination with our specialists and repair departments
  • You will contribute to improve our services continuously

Your Profile

With us, your knowledge, your talent and your ideas will find the right stage. You should bring the following with you:
  • You are fluent Dutch and English, spoken and written on a mother tongue basis
  • You have a passion for music and / or experience with the music industry
  • You already have after-sales–experience of service support and advising customers
  • You have a high degree of personal initiative, commitment, ability to work in a team, target orientation
  • You are experienced with computer and the established MS-office-programs
