We continue to grow and are looking for you to join our Czech After Customer Service team in our office in Berlin full-time. As a Customer Service Representative (m/f/d), you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Whether it's orders, questions about Thomann or returns - you will support our customers in a service-oriented way. As a "facilitator", you will work out optimal solutions for our customers and thus actively contribute to customer satisfaction and customer loyalty.
For approximately eight weeks you will switch the noise and bustle of the capital with idyll and calm of Franconia as we will do the initial training in our Headquarters in Treppendorf near Bamberg. Here you will meet your colleagues and feel the well known Thomann spirit
 

Your Tasks

  • You will be advising and guiding our International customers via phone, email and chat on an International level
  • Processing all orders, inquiries and customer complaints from all over the world in first-level support by phone, email and chat
  • You will be required to make your own decisions with the co-ordination of returns, exchanges, refunds and repairs (First Level After Sales Support)
  • You will make efforts for our customers, to represent their concerns and interests
  • Customer advice in cooperation with our product and service specialists
  • You will be responsible for providing a smooth and comfortable service procedure for our customers and maintaining ongoing co-ordination with our specialists and repair departments
  • You will contribute to improve our services continuously

Your Profile

With us, your knowledge, your talent and your ideas will find the right stage. You should bring the following with you:
  • You are fluent in Czech and English, spoken and written on a mother tongue basis
  • You have a passion for music and / or experience with the music industry
  • You already have after-sales–experience of service support and advising customers
  • Excellent and customer-oriented communication skills, as well as a strong service orientation
  • You have a high degree of personal initiative, commitment, ability to work in a team, target orientation
  • You are experienced with computer and the established MS-office-programs
