The more personal the service, the better our relations are with our customers. This is why you won’t encounter robots in our Service Center. Instead, more than 300 motivated colleagues, who look after customers from all over the world. In 24 languages.

30 days leave and 13th month bonus

30 days paid leave per annum make sure that you can maintain a good work-life balance. At the end of the year, you will receive a 13th monthly salary as a voluntary bonus.

Hybrid working

Depending on your department and individual agreement with your team, we give you the option of doing up to 50% of your work from home. This allows you greater flexibility in how you reconcile your working and private life.

Working abroad

Catch the travel bug every now and then ? Providing agreement of your team, we offer you the option of working up to 4 weeks/year from another EU country.

In our customer service center, we do without scripts for your communication with customers. Be reserved and formal, be free and fun: we trust in your ability to communicate appropriately.
