We are continuing to grow and are looking for you as a specialist consultant (m/f/d) for our Guitar & Bass department at the earliest possible date. Share your enthusiasm and expertise with our customers every day!
Your tasks
Your tasks are as challenging as they are varying:
- You advise our customers on acoustic guitars, electric guitars, bass, bluegrass and accessories in our contact center via e-mail, chat and telephone
- You look after our customers in direct sales in our store
- You process our customers' orders
Your profile
You should bring the following with you:
- You play guitar (acoustic or electric guitar) or bass
- You have practical and theoretical knowledge of guitar & bass
- You deal with customers competently and courteously
- You have a good command of written and spoken English
- Working with a PC and the usual Office applications is a matter of course for you
