We care about our customers - we want them to feel comfortable and well looked after. This is where you come in! You enjoy working with people and don't let things get out of hand? Then we might be looking for you as a dedicated team member (m/f/d) in our Dutch customer service in the headquarters in Treppendorf. You will be our company's calling card, the first point of contact for our customers when they have questions about their order or purchased product via chat, phone and email.
 

Your Tasks

We inspire and enable people to speak music, everywhere. And that's what we want with you. Your tasks are as challenging as they are varying:
  • You will process orders, create quotations and manage customer accounts
  • First-level-After-Sales-Support – You will be advising and guiding our International customers via phone, email and chat on an International level
  • You look after our customers by phone, email and chat and represent their concerns and interests
  •  You are responsible for an area of responsibility and make independent decisions to initiate and coordinate returns, exchange of goods, credit notes and repairs
  • You take care of the convenient processing of orders and services
  • You work continuously with our specialist service and workshops and coordinate with them
  • You provide product advice and translation work in collaboration with our specialist departments

Your Profile

With us, your knowledge, your talent and your ideas will find the right stage. You should bring the following with you:
  • You are fluent Dutch and English, spoken and written on a mother tongue basis
  • You have a passion for music and / or experience with the music industry
  • You already have experience in supporting and advising customers
  • You have a high degree of personal initiative, commitment, ability to work in a team, target orientation
  • Competent, courteous interaction with customers is one of your strengths
  • You have experience in using a PC and common office applications
  • Ideally, you speak another language

Office in Berlin
Since 2023 we have acces to an office Berlin. Located in Berlin Mitte, the new office offers all the comfort needed to work in good conditions.
 
Thomann Campus
Treppendorf near Bamberg is not only home to Europe's largest mail order warehouse, but also Europe's largest music store: a 5500 square meter musician's paradise for testing, discovering or simply being inspired. Our service center is also located on the campus. In the specialist service and workshops, around 170 employees take care of the maintenance, care and repair of defective products, among other things.
You will spend up to 8 weeks familiarising yourself with your new role here at our main office with our current Customer Care team. You can gain experience, get to know our headquarters and experience the Thomann spirit live. Of course, we will organise your accommodation.
