Your profile

- Experience in staff management and leadership skills, respectively
- Experience in customer advisory and care services, ideally in an e-commerce company
- Process-oriented and efficiency-driven thinking in line with the strategic orientation of Team Western
- Profound focus on service and sensitivity to customers’ needs
- Passion for music and/or experience in the music industry
- Excellent capacity for teamwork
- Fluent written and spoken English
