All trained up?
Far from it.
Our apprentices celebrate their graduation.

Qualified and ready for what’s next.

Apprenticeship completed, certificate in hand and the next step already in sight: On Friday, August 7, we came together at the amphitheatre to celebrate our apprentices successfully completing their apprenticeship.

And what would a moment like this be without music? Our Director Sales, Flo, set the tone with an acoustic version of Michael Jackson’s “Human Nature” as the perfect soundtrack, with a generous dose of nostalgia thrown in.

After a welcome from Anja, who leads our apprenticeship programme, and speeches from CEO Hans, CHRO Manfred and COO Markus, the stage belonged to the people at the heart of the morning: our graduates.

Different journeys, one shared milestone.

A total of ten young talents successfully completed their apprenticeships across a wide range of areas: as electronics technicians for devices and systems, warehouse logistics specialists, warehouse operators, as well as in retail across Studio, Brass, Drums and Guitars, and in IT.

Alongside all the specialist knowledge our apprentices have gained over the past few years, Markus used his speech to focus on the things that are much harder to measure in grades, exams or certificates. Because just as important as professional expertise are the qualities that show in the way we work and interact with one another every day.

“Reliability. Respect. Curiosity. A sense of responsibility. The ability to work well with others.
And the willingness to keep learning and trying new things.”

It’s exactly these qualities that often make the difference in everyday working life ,and that no certificate can ever fully capture. Because specialist knowledge changes: technology moves on, software gets replaced, processes are rethought, and some tasks may look very different a few years from now than they do today.

“But people who are willing to learn, take responsibility and
work well with others will always be needed.”

Successfully completing an apprenticeship may mark the end of one chapter, but it certainly doesn’t mean the end of learning. Now, a new chapter begins, with new tasks, more responsibility and plenty of opportunities to keep shaping your own path.

It’s not about staying exactly who you are today. It’s about taking your strengths with you, staying open to new things and growing with every new challenge. Completing an apprenticeship doesn’t just show how much our apprentices have already achieved, it also lays the foundation for everything that comes next.

97 out of 100 points – seriously impressive!

A special congratulations went to our apprentice Mathes, who scored an impressive 97 out of 100 points in his final exam. Along with some well-deserved applause, he also received a festival kit – because an achievement like that deserves to be celebrated properly.

Flo once again provided the soundtrack, first with his own song “Rette mich” (en. Safe Me) – a love song dedicated to music before wrapping things up with Journey’s “Don’t Stop Believin’”.

And of course, no celebration would be complete without a group photo. Afterwards, there was still plenty of time over snacks and drinks to look back on the past years of apprenticeship, share personal highlights and talk about what comes next.

Congratulations to all our graduates! We wish you plenty of curiosity, courage and, of course, lots of music for everything that lies ahead.
