Your tasks
We inspire and enable people to speak music, everywhere. And that's what we want with you. Your tasks are as challenging as they are varying:
- You are responsible for the translation of Thomann article texts, rich content, and other texts for the Thomann online shop from German to Swedish
- You are responsible for the proofreading and correction of Swedish translations and for their localisation for the Swedish market
- You are jointly responsible for the creation and optimisation of our translation and process standards
- You coordinate tasks in cooperation with other translation teams
- You work independently with colleagues from the Marketing and Product Management departments
- Hybrid home office option with main presence in Treppendorf
Your profile
With us, your knowledge, your talent and your ideas will find the right stage. You should bring the following with you:
- You have several years of professional experience in the field of translation and can demonstrate a full and convincing understanding of written texts
- You speak German and Swedish to at least C1 level
- You display an independent and self-reliant way of working
- You possess a fundamental knowledge of the product categories commonly found in the musical instrument sector
- You ideally also speak fluent English and have prior experience of working with CAT tools
