Three years full of growth and success
On August 5, we celebrated a farewell – but don’t worry, if any tears were shed, they were tears of joy. Our eleven third-year apprentices successfully passed their final exams, were taken on as employees, and are now fully trained professionals. We couldn’t be prouder. Together with their trainers, CEO Hans, COO Markus, and CHRO Manfred, we looked back at the past months and celebrated the future of these young people in our amphitheater.
Personal messages for a new stage of life
The event was opened by Anja, our Head of Apprenticeship Programs, who shared a thought that stuck with everyone: “Sometimes we forget how important it is to simply live in the moment.” That summed up what everyone was feeling that day – something between anticipation, excitement, and farewell.
A few minutes later, Manfred, our CHRO, picked up on this thought – completely unplanned, but all the more fitting. He began his speech with the song “Der letzte Tanz” by Bosse: “And you only ever realize at goodbye what it really meant to you, and how beautiful it actually was.” In doing so, he emphasized how valuable the time spent together is, even if it often feels taken for granted in everyday life. Our CEO Hans continued with an emotional speech: “I’m so proud of you!” He gave our apprentices an important piece of wisdom for their journey: “In this fast-paced world full of technologies and constant change – never forget what truly defines you: your personality.” COO Markus concluded the speeches and highlighted how important it is to have your heart in the right place: “No matter what you do – do it with passion. That’s our foundation. And keep having an awesome time with us.”
Qualified. Celebrated. Arrived.
After that, the apprentices officially received their certificates, as well as a symbolic award in the form of a golden record. Each presentation was accompanied by a song chosen by the apprentice themselves.
Two apprentices received special recognition: Jana, our new specialist advisor in the guitar department, achieved an impressive 99 out of 100 points in her final exam, giving her an average grade of 1.0. Max, who is now starting as an office management specialist, also achieved an overall average of 1.0 with 93 out of 100 points and received several awards: On July 18, he was presented with the State Award from the Government of Upper Franconia in Bamberg, handed over by Mayor Andreas Starke. Just a few days later, on July 28, he was honored in Munich for his outstanding performance and social engagement in the graduating class of 2025 – awarded by Minister President Markus Söder and Minister of Education Anna Stolz.
Of course, no celebration without music! Musical entertainment was provided by our Head of Sales, Flo, who lives his passion for music not only in his daily work but also on stage. With his acoustic guitar, he performed “Emptiness Machine” by Linkin Park as well as his own song „Mein Weg. Mein Gang. Mein Leben.“ (“My Path. My Way. My Life.”) He finished his set with “Don’t Look Back in Anger” – a song that deals with farewells, but gives hope for what lies ahead with a wink.
The future can come – we are ready!
After the official part of the event, there was plenty of time to sit together and reflect on the past months and what lies ahead. Graduation is not the end – it’s the starting point for new paths.
We would like to thank everyone who supported the apprentices on their journey – especially our Head of Apprenticeship Programs Anja and the trainers from our departments. And of course, we thank you, dear apprentices. You have left your mark on this year, not only through your achievements but through your attitude, your energy, and your personalities. We are very happy that you are staying with us and are excited for the future we will share together!
