Thomann at NAMM 2025
Last week, it was that time again: NAMM Show – one of the world’s largest trade shows for musical instruments and audio technology – convened in Anaheim from January 21 to 26. Naturally, we took part this year, too, in order to discover the brands’ latest releases, pursue emerging industry trends in panel talks, meet producers and affiliate partners, produce content for our channels and, last but not least, attend the live performances of talented musicians.
After having been awarded for “Best Online Engagement” last year, we were honoured to receive a certificate celebrating our seventieth company anniversary this year. We were presented with the “Milestone Certificate for 70 years in Business” on 24 January 2025 during the NAMM Global Chair Reception. We would like to take this opportunity to express our appreciation for this recognition.
Besides all this, our CEO Hans and our CMO Dominic had their own very special reasons to attend NAMM. Dominic played an active part as a member of the NAMM jury. He was part of the panel of judges for the “Best in Show” award. This award celebrates the NAMM Show’s Can’t Miss Products. The winners were chosen among all products presented at the show after careful consideration.
Furthermore, we are pleased to announce that Hans has been elected to the NAMM Board of Directors! 8 new board members were elected at this year’s Meeting of Members. They will serve their three-year terms until January 2028. It will be their task to monitor and support NAMM’s vision, mission and objectives.
We are extremely pleased for Hans to have the opportunity to contribute to continuing this outstanding event, and we are looking forward to being part of next year’s NAMM Show!
